Service Manager - Automobile Industry
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the automobile industry. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensure customer satisfaction, manage technician teams, and drive efficiency in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the service team, including technicians, advisors, and support staff
Monitor workshop operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations
Drive service revenue growth through effective upselling and customer retention strategies
Prepare service reports, performance metrics, and departmental budgets
Train and mentor staff to improve technical and customer service skills
Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service management or supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, service processes, and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in service management software and diagnostic tools.
