What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s. Candidate who is good in excel and MIS reports are looked at for these skills Understanding of ESG reporting expectations and timelines for the different internal / external stakeholders and provide analytics insights, taking into account the common challenges in reporting / and industry best practices.

oProgram Project Management oAnalysis and Reporting oBusiness Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools oAdaptable and flexible oAbility to perform under pressure oProblem-solving skills oWritten and verbal communication oAbility to manage multiple stakeholders oClient Management oRisk Management oo Define the overall approach, plans, frameworks, and processes for KYC governance. o Partner with the ANZ team to design effective operational and delivery models. o Lead program reporting and track performance against established plans and forecasts. o Monitor key governance metrics, including Critical Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators. o Prepare and present regular reports for leadership and stakeholders, including fortnightly/monthly status updates, quarterly executive reviews, and retrospective sessions. o Participate in ongoing governance reviews to address issues, risks, and contractual modifications. o Ensure timely delivery of program outputs and governance reports. o Promote transparent communication between senior management and key stakeholders. o Escalate governance issues when necessary and align governance practices with strategic objectives. o Work closely with risk teams to identify and mitigate governance-related risks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility o The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors o Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals o Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach o Some latitude in decision-making in involved o you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility o The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
