Job Summary




The Service Line Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various business units. With 15 to 17 years of experience the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance service delivery drive innovation and support the companys strategic objectives in a hybrid work model.





Responsibilities



Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow usage and integration with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain optimal functionality. Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of ServiceNow tools and features. Support the development of strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow enhancements and upgrades. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to the ServiceNow platform. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to manage ServiceNow-related projects and services. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.




Qualifications



Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and capabilities. Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Show a track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and optimizations. Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Hold a bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.




Certifications Required




Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
