Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the cardiology team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff

- Collaborate with cardiologists and other clinicians to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality, and safety

- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning for cardiology services

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in cardiology care

- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centric care

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)

- 3+ years of experience in cardiology or a related healthcare field

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Experience with quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
