SERVICE LEAD SUPPORT APPLICATIONS (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Strategy & Design
Lead and support the development of enterprise applications (e.g., labelling, archiving, document and product management systems) by understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable plans.
Implementation & Transition
Oversee the implementation and transition of new or modified applications into the live environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Project Management
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and IT teams to plan and oversee projects aimed at improving enterprise application services.
Operation
Manage the day-to-day operations of support applications to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
Knowledge Management & Documentation
Maintain service-related documentation and promote knowledge-sharing practices.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or several years of experience leading initiatives in production, logistics, sales, and business development within IT with 7-10 years of experience.
Proven expertise in service management, process optimization, and technical leadership.
Solid understanding of SaaS and customized enterprise applications, as well as project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
Strong strategic orientation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in multicultural teams.
