Role Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Service Lab Account Manager
to drive business growth for our Critical Care product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital and institutional sales, product launches, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region.
Launch new products in the critical care segment successfully across hospital and institutional channels.
Manage and develop Key Accounts - Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, Diagnostic Labs.
Build strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas like Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care.
Ensure timely coordination with the marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field is essential.
MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
Age below 35 years
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant sales experience in the critical care segment.
Experience with MNCs, Top Indian Pharma Companies or Leading Diagnostic Labs will be an added advantage.
Proven success in hospital / institutional sales, product launches, and key account management.
