We are seeking a dedicated Service - Key Accounts professional to join our team in Indore, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving business growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with key clients
Analyze account performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with key accounts
Resolve complex client issues and escalations promptly and effectively
Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights to senior management
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients
Qualifications
BE / Diploma, or a related field
Proven experience in key account management or a similar role, with a track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
In-depth understanding of service industry trends and best practices
Knowledge of diverse client industry sectors
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools
Certifications in account management or customer service (preferred)
