Purpose of role

The Service Team Member will serve as a key point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring that our products/services are delivered, installed, maintained and supported in a way that maximise customer satisfaction, retention and the reputation of A2E Hallways. The role will involve responding to service requests, coordinating with internal teams (sales, installation/maintenance), and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming service requests / complaints from customers, either by phone, email or on-site. Coordinate with internal teams: installers, technicians, logistics, quality assurance to ensure smooth service execution. Schedule, track and follow up on service jobs to ensure completion within agreed timelines. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activities: service logs, customer feedback, parts used, time taken. Contribute to process improvement: identify recurring service issues, suggest improvements to reduce downtime, increase efficiency or improve customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and any regulatory / technical requirements related to installations or maintenance. Travel to customer sites if required; provide on-site service support. Work collaboratively with sales and showroom teams to ensure service aspects are integrated with customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th (Technical service roles). Experience: Prior experience in customer service, field service, maintenance or after-sales support preferred. Freshers with strong aptitude may be considered for more basic service roles. Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently as well as with a team. Willingness to travel locally, visit customer sites and work in dynamic environment. Attributes: Professional appearance and conduct (consistent with showroom/service environment). Attention to detail, disciplined in documentation & reporting Physical ability: if on-site service requires lifting, bending, installation work etc.
