Job Summary
The Service & Installation Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of installation and service activities across project sites. The role involves effective communication with carpenters, sizers, fitters, and site supervisors to ensure accurate measurements, smooth installation, and timely project completion as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with
carpenters, sizers, fitters, and site supervisors
on a daily basis
Assign and monitor tasks to installation teams to ensure timely execution
Plan and schedule sizing, delivery, and installation activities across multiple sites
Ensure accurate site measurements and proper handover to production teams
Supervise installation activities and resolve on-site technical or execution issues
Coordinate with internal departments including production, dispatch, and quality
Handle service complaints, warranty issues, and post-installation rectifications
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Maintain installation schedules, service records, MIS reports, and documentation
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Key Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in service or installation coordination
Strong experience in
wooden doors, frames, interiors, or building materials
Hands-on knowledge of site execution, sizing, and fitting processes
Strong coordination, communication, and people management skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and teams simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
Experience working with builders, architects, and consultants
Knowledge of door hardware, fittings, and installation standards
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,128.97 - ₹45,048.39 per month
