Handle Complaints

: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

Process Orders & Transactions

: Handle customer orders, returns, refunds, and other financial transactions according to company procedures.

Maintain Records

: Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate Internally

: Work with other teams and departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
