Attend customer sites for service, breakdowns, and maintenance.
Supervise field technicians and assign daily service tasks.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and warranty records.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Education:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience:
3-7 years in field service (excavators or heavy equipment preferred)
Bike:
Own two-wheeler with valid license is
mandatory
Skills:
Technical knowledge, team handling, customer service, field mobility
