Titan, a leading watch company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Incharge for our Watches division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall service operations for our mainline watches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Scope of work:
Servicing of Helios and Premium Brand watches
Managing the National Service Centre Operations
Reply & Resolution to Service Queries/Complaints received from Field
Accountability & Quality of Incoming & outgoing watches
Key Deliverables:
Coordinating with Brand SC/Stake holders for Timely repairs
Weekly Vendor Invoice submissions and settlements
Service resolutions and replies to queries on daily basis
Repair of Auth. Helios Brand-Citizen Casio, Seiko & Victorinox
Filing, Documentation and Debit notes to Management Stores
Timely Publishing of Pending watch Dashboards
Key Result Areas:
Maintaining Quick & Quality repairs within KRA timelines
Status update to Store/SCs on watch repairs
To ensure no mail /complaints regarding services
No pending payments of Vendors and updating them with Ledgers
Maintaining the Documents, Files etc..

Work Experience
Right Person:
Graduate /ITI with English, Hindi and one local language Fluency in MS Office - Word, Excel work sheets, Outlook mails etc.
Knowledge in Service industry, SOPs, CSIS Preferably from Watch Industry Managing the team
