Job Title: Service Incharge

Job Summary:

VOC Automotive India is looking for an experienced and motivated

Service Incharge

to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in the two-wheeler automotive industry, with experience as a Service Advisor, Incharge, or Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the service department. Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with spare parts department for timely availability of parts. Maintain service records and generate reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and OEM guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

4 to 10 years in the two-wheeler automotive industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field. Strong communication and team management skills. Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
