Customer Satisfaction:

Address customer issues promptly, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Service Operations:

Oversee and manage the service department's daily activities, including scheduling, diagnosis, and repairs.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain technical proficiency in automotive service and repair, providing guidance to the service team.

Business Performance:

Drive service and spare parts revenue, implement service campaigns, and manage service costs.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate the service team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.

Process Improvement:

Implement and monitor service processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

Warranty Management:

Manage warranty claims, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation
