Job Responsibilities - Service Incharge (Two Wheeler)
Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Service Department to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Plan and allocate daily work to technicians, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor job cards, service schedules, and turnaround time for each vehicle to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
Coordinate with the Parts Department for the availability of spares and ensure minimum downtime.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in compliance with company standards.
Supervise and guide service advisors and technicians to maintain high service quality and customer handling.
Review daily service reports, track key performance indicators (e.g., service revenue, labor productivity, customer satisfaction), and take corrective measures when required.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Implement and monitor service marketing initiatives and upselling of value-added services.
Ensure adherence to warranty claim procedures and proper documentation.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of service staff, conducting regular briefings and training sessions.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning, infrastructure requirements, and operational improvements.
