Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for customers and accurately understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
Prepare job cards and provide estimates for service and repair.
Communicate service timelines, cost estimates, and updates to customers.
Maintain proper documentation and keep customers informed about vehicle status.
Manage day-to-day workshop operations, technician allocation, and workflow.
Conduct quality checks and ensure vehicles are serviced as per OEM standards.
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in the workshop.
Key Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of automotive service processes and diagnostics.
Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and service software.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1 -7 years of experience in a service advisor or service supervisor role (automotive industry preferred).
