Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service department operations
Assign tasks to technicians and monitor performance
Handle customer calls, complaints, and service scheduling
Ensure timely completion of installation, repair, and maintenance jobs
Maintain service reports, documentation, and job cards
Check spare parts availability and coordinate with stores
Train and guide service technicians
Ensure adherence to safety and company standards
Provide weekly and monthly service performance reports to management

Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduation / Diploma(mechanical)
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in service coordination or service management (Refrigeration/HVAC preferred)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Service CRM preferred)
Technical understanding of refrigeration systems is an added advantage
