We seek a creative and detail-oriented service in charge to join our service operations department at Vision Motors Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications
B. tech / Diploma in automobile/ mechanical
Minimum 3 years of experience is required
Key responsibilities
Team management:
Hire, train, and mentor service staff, manage performance, and ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
Service operations:
Supervise day-to-day service processes, manage service budgets and costs, and oversee service delivery to ensure it meets quality standards.
Customer satisfaction:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, monitor customer feedback, and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
Strategic implementation:
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service quality, while also ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Performance monitoring:
Track service metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Resource and inventory management:
Manage spare parts inventory, allocate resources effectively, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and documented.
Required skills and qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency with relevant customer service software and management systems.
Experience in a service or management role is often preferred.
