Job Summary:

Sitz Ergo Solutions is seeking 6 energetic and reliable

Service Helpers

to assist our skilled technicians in the repair, refurbishing, and restoration of institutional furniture. This role requires significant travel and mobility, as you will be responsible for supporting projects

across Kerala

and occasionally in

other South Indian states

as required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn a valuable trade and build a career in technical services while covering a wide geographical area.

Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance:

Directly assist the lead Service Technicians in all on-site and in-house repair and maintenance tasks.

Travel and Logistics Support:

Be ready and willing to travel frequently to client locations throughout Kerala and occasionally to other South Indian states. Assist with the careful loading, unloading, and transport of chairs, spare parts, and materials for out-of-station jobs.

Tool and Equipment Management:

Organize, clean, and manage tools and equipment before, during, and after service jobs.

Cleaning and Preparation:

Assist in the cleaning, dismantling, and reassembly of office chairs as directed by the technician.

Safety Adherence:

Ensure all work is performed following company safety protocols and guidelines, especially during travel and on-site client visits.

Task Execution:

Handle general manual tasks as required to expedite the repair process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Minimum completion of 10th Standard or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Fitness:

Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving office furniture and equipment for transportation.

Mobility:

Must be ready to travel frequently, often on short notice,

for projects across Kerala and South India.

Work Ethic:

Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Communication:

Basic communication skills in

Malayalam

are essential for on-site client interactions and coordination within the team.
