After Sales Service Plans Address customer complaints and queries, providing timely and effective solutions. Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely availability and replacement. Strong understanding of RO plant operations, including water treatment processes, instrumentation, and electrical systems. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders. If managing a team, strong leadership and management skills are needed. Keep team boosted and positive Keep record of all technical teams with their data work. Strong Technical background on Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants. Complaint handling resolving within the corporate timelines for breakdowns / maintenance Effective Customer Handling Escalation Management Monthly Report generation MIS Problem solving techniques in the said stream
