JOB TITLE: SERVICE HEAD

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: MIN 20 YEARS

Core Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical Oversight

Supervise and guide service teams in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of car parking systems. Provide hands-on support and training in electrical wiring, control panel (CP), and operating panel (OP) diagnostics. Ensure adherence to safety standards and technical specifications during service execution.
2. Service Operations Management

Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain high equipment uptime and service quality across all client sites. Conduct site audits and technical inspections to verify service compliance and performance.
3. AMC and Revenue Management

Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals, collections, and quote submissions. Follow up rigorously on AMC payments, ensuring timely invoicing and recovery. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize service revenue and reduce outstanding dues.
4. Team Leadership and Development

Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians across multiple regions or zones. Conduct regular technical training, especially on electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and customer-first service.
5. Customer Relationship and Communication

Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and service issues. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction. Communicate fluently in Hindi and English with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of service logs, AMC status, payment follow-ups, and technical reports. Present monthly service performance reports to senior management. Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with industry norms.
Additional Expectations

Minimum 20 years of experience in car parking system service operations. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, relays, drives, and PLCs. Familiarity with local safety codes, OEM standards, and modernization practices. Willingness to travel and manage multi-site operations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
