Sparkride Mobility Ltd. is seeking a Service Head to manage and strengthen its service and after-sales operations across all deployed locations. The role is focused on ensuring smooth service delivery, timely resolution of service issues, and maintaining high vehicle uptime.
The Service Head will be responsible for bringing discipline and structure to service operations, maintaining accurate service records, and preparing regular MIS reports. The role involves close coordination with field teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on execution and follow-through.
The position also requires systematic tracking of vehicles, breakdowns, and service closures using deployment and fleet management systems such as ECC fleet, ensuring data accuracy and regular review.
This role is best suited for a practical, field-oriented service professional who understands on-ground operations and can support the organization as it scales its deployments.
Role Accountability
The Service Head will be accountable for service uptime, turnaround time, and quality of after-sales support across all fleets. This includes ensuring that service MIS, records, and reports are accurate, timely, and consistently maintained, and that all deployed vehicles are properly tracked from a service and maintenance perspective.
Work Style
This is a field-oriented role requiring regular interaction with service teams, vendors, and deployed locations. The role demands hands-on involvement and close follow-up rather than desk-based supervision.
Initial Focus (First 6 Months)
In the first six months, the Service Head is expected to stabilize service operations, bring discipline in service reporting and MIS, ensure accurate tracking of vehicles on ECC fleet, and improve turnaround time and service reliability across all operating locations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in service or after-sales operations in automotive, electric vehicles, mobility, or related industries
Ability to manage field service teams, service centers, and external service partners
Practical understanding of vehicle servicing, spare parts planning, and warranty handling
Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining systematic service records
Ability to track vehicle status, breakdowns, and service closures using digital systems
Strong follow-up, coordination, and issue-resolution skills
Willingness to travel and work closely with regional teams
