: Execute the commissioning of newly sold machines, ensuring smooth handover of the machines to the client. Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
2) Complaints & Warranty Management:
Monitor and review all customer complaints. Take necessary action against complaints. Keep a close track of the warranty claims.
3) Management:
Manage the service schedule with proper communication with the clients. Maintain an optimal inventory of spare parts to support client needs.
4) Team Recruitment and Performance Monitoring:
Recruit, train, and on board new members to the service team. Monitor team performance, set targets, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed goals.
5) Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry products, trends, and competitors. Analyse market information to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
o Graduate in Engg. from a reputed university
o Excellent communication and speech capability, High interaction
o 5 - 10 years of experience preferably from relevant industry
