Head - Service (Solar Inverters & Energy Storage Systems)
to lead our nationwide service operations. The role involves building and executing service strategies, ensuring system uptime, and driving customer satisfaction through effective support, field operations, and partner management.
You will oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar inverter systems, manage service networks and partners, ensure spare parts availability, and lead a high-performing service team. The position also requires monitoring KPIs, budgets, warranty costs, and reporting service performance to management.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics (mandatory) with 10-15 years of experience in service/after-sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in solar, power electronics, or renewable energy. Strong technical knowledge, customer orientation, and proven team management experience are essential.
