We are expanding our operations and looking for a

dynamic Service Head

who can manage client delivery, ensure service quality, and lead the service team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end service delivery

for clients (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Business Consultation, PR, SEO & Marketing services). Act as a

bridge between Sales team & Service team

- ensuring commitments made in sales are delivered on time. Build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for smooth execution of projects. Manage

client queries, escalations & satisfaction levels

with professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
