Job responsibilities

Installation:

Install new solar equipment, including inverters and photovoltaic (PV) panels.

Maintenance and repair:

Perform routine maintenance and diagnose/resolve technical problems with solar inverters, grid connections, and associated systems.

Technical support:

Provide on-site and phone-based technical guidance to customers and installation partners on system operation and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications:

Technical knowledge:

A solid understanding of solar inverters, PV systems, and their components.

Problem-solving:

The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and team members.

Customer service:

A customer-centric approach to providing excellent support and service.

Experience

: 1 to 2 years

Qualification

: Diploma Mechanical, electrical or ITI

Note: Solar experience must required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
