We are looking for a dedicated
Service Executive
to support client onboarding, address product-related queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfying service experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, proactive, and eager to work in a growing HR tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients during onboarding and setup of the HRMS platform.
Handle product queries and provide accurate solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain documentation of client interactions and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer clear support.
Empathy, patience, and a service-first mindset.
Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
Freshers or candidates with experience in client service / HR operations are welcome.
