Position :

Service Executive / Sr. Service Executive

Reports to :

Sr. Manager/DRM

Location :

Chennai, Cochin, Rajkot, Pune/Aurangabad, Delhi

Years of Experience :

1 - 6 years of Experience. Experience in Analytical Instruments will be an advantage. Having sound technical knowledge in field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments will be an advantage

Minimum Qualifications :

Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics

Preferred Qualifications :

B E holders in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Instrumentation Engineering

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC's, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc Ensuring customer satisfaction Generating service and spares income (Applicable only for Sr. Service Executive)

Key Success Behaviours (Key Competencies):

Sincere and hard working Good in verbal and written communication (Preferred Language - English) * Should be willing to travel extensively
