Position: Service Executive (Solar Inverter Industry)

Location: 1. Surat, 2. Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers who have purchased solar inverters. Identify and resolve technical issues with solar inverters and associated systems. Perform necessary field services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with inverter systems, including power conversion, grid connection, and component function. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners by providing prompt and effective support. Address escalated complaints and service requests to ensure timely resolution and improve overall service delivery. Offer technical guidance and support to customers and installation partners on the proper operation and maintenance of solar inverters. Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and system performance.
Candidate requirement:

Technical Knowledge:

A good understanding of solar inverters, their function, and common issues is essential.

Customer Service Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage client interactions effectively.

Troubleshooting Abilities:

The capacity to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently. Salary: 1,80,000 - 4,00,000 p.a.
Experience: 1-4 years in Solar Industry
