To support the Service Department in managing documentation, coordination, and reporting related to service operations, ensuring smooth workflow between workshop, field service, and customer service teams.
Role:
Handle customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
Communicate with field engineers and technicians for service updates and parts requirements.
Enter service-related data in Dealer Management System (DMS) / ERP software.
Maintain attendance, travel records, and expense statements of service staff.
Assist in organizing service camps, AMC tracking, and customer service reminders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in service back-office / coordination role in construction equipment or automotive industry ( Freshers Can Also Apply)
Experience with OEM dealer operations (JCB, Volvo, CAT, Komatsu, Hyundai, etc.) will be an advantage.
