Your challengesAttending Pipettes Maintenance, Repair Calibration of pipettes as per ISO 8655 Knowledge about ISO 17025 standards Installation of Eppendorf general instruments. Attending Breakdown Service of standard & specialty instruments Attending Instruments Maintenance of standard & specialty equipment's Sending quotations to customers for required spares Achieving the Service business target Achieving AD Goals Service revenue Generation including payment collection Revenue management for the assigned territory Complaint Management for the assigned territory Customer Communication Sending Service/AMC Proposals Customer Presentations Working with the sales & service manager of the Branch Updating the market feedback to the management Daily CRM update (E365).

Your expertiseMinimum 2 to 3 year's industry related Calibration experience. Key understanding to handle customer complaints and workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional experience in MS office tools is desired. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / Diploma (ECE/ EEE or equivalent).
