Job Overview

:

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling maintenance and repair work, and ensuring efficient communication between the service team and customers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring all service-related activities are completed on time and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with a focus on renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Service Request Management: Receive and process customer service requests, ensuring that all inquiries are logged and tracked in the system. Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule maintenance and repair appointments for solar system installations. Coordinate technician availability, ensuring that service jobs are assigned appropriately based on urgency and priority. Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on the status of service requests, answering queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders for the service team. Ensure accurate information is provided to technicians for each job, including customer details, system specifications, and the scope of work. Service Tracking: Monitor the progress of service requests and maintenance tasks to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction after service completion. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, including work orders, customer communications, technician reports, and parts used. Generate service performance reports for senior management. Inventory Management: Track and manage spare parts and tools required for service jobs. Ensure the service team has access to necessary materials and supplies. Quality Control: Ensure that all service and maintenance work is performed in accordance with company standards and industry regulations. Support quality checks and follow-up inspections where necessary. Technician Support: Assist technicians with any logistical needs and provide them with necessary documentation, equipment, and tools to complete jobs effectively and safely. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays related to service requests, customer complaints, or technical problems in collaboration with the service team. Safety & Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and standards are adhered to in all service and maintenance activities, including following proper procedures for electrical systems.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and maintenance practices is a plus.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
