Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
Upsell menu items and promote special dishes to enhance customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and escalate any concerns to the Cafe Manager.
Process orders and manage billing through POS systems.
Ensure all service activities align with luxury hospitality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cafe/restaurant service, preferably in premium or fine dining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of European & Mediterranean menu items preferred.
Customer-focused with an eye for detail.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Basic POS system handling skills.
