Business Development Officer

to help us unlock new opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for electronic products (onsite and remotely). Handle customer complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct installation, configuration, and testing of devices and systems. Maintain service records, prepare reports, and follow up on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams for recurring technical issues and feedback. Educate customers on proper product usage and maintenance. Ensure adherence to service SLAs and company quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Diploma/ITI or Bachelor's degree in Electronics. 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or service role (electronics preferred). freshers also can apply. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in electronic systems and components. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Familiarity with testing tools, technical documentation, and service protocols. Willingness to travel for onsite support when required.
