Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend service calls, breakdown complaints, and maintenance visits for solar systems.
Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue resolution.
Handle customer queries and provide timely service support.
Maintain service records, job cards, and complaint registers.
Follow up on pending service requests and ensure timely closure.
Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to solar systems.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for warranty claims and spare parts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in service coordination or solar industry preferred.
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
