Job Description

A Service Executive is a professional responsible for handling customer service, resolving issues, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that customers receive smooth and satisfactory service from the company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues.

Maintain customer records and service reports.

Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Provide product/service information when required.

Prepare daily/weekly service performance reports.

Experience: Fresher or experienced
