Job Description

Monitoring and tracking the daily activity of service engineers.

? Data updation (Customers /Products/OEMs/Vendors/Suppliers)

? Execution and keeping records of Installation activities.

? Timely closing of field complaints/Scheduled visits

? Technical Assistance to field team and customer

? Quotations/ proposals- Sending and following up

? Tracking and executing the invoicing against purchase orders

? Arranging the spares to field team, ensuring timely despatch and receipt of correct spares to field team/customer.

? Critical site visits, repeat failure site visits, Failure analysis etc

? Revenue generation /tracking

? Overdue collection from customers

? Supporting field team in collecting the appreciation letters /testimonials etc

? Tracking and keeping record of customer escalations, engineer response time etc

? Proper communications with customers.

? Maintaining and keeping record of responses given to the customers by engineer or manager himself

? Internal Service Reviews

? Collection - Testimonials & Payments against Invoice transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
