? Tracking and executing the invoicing against purchase orders
? Arranging the spares to field team, ensuring timely despatch and receipt of correct spares to field team/customer.
? Critical site visits, repeat failure site visits, Failure analysis etc
? Revenue generation /tracking
? Overdue collection from customers
? Supporting field team in collecting the appreciation letters /testimonials etc
? Tracking and keeping record of customer escalations, engineer response time etc
? Proper communications with customers.
? Maintaining and keeping record of responses given to the customers by engineer or manager himself
