Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, email).
Respond to client questions promptly, clearly, and empathetically.
Guide clients on services, program details, onboarding steps, and next actions.
Handle concerns, complaints, or confusion with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a positive, supportive tone that enhances client trust and satisfaction.
Follow-Ups & Experience Management
Send reminders for sessions, calls, and important updates.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure they feel supported.
Collect feedback and escalate issues that need attention.
Documentation & Coordination
Update client records in the CRM with accuracy.
Maintain logs of queries, resolutions, and pending actions.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and coaching teams for smooth workflow.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(written + spoken).
Experience in customer support, client handling, or service roles preferred.
A friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality.
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple conversations.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
