We are looking for a Service Engineer for our team.
Purpose
The aim of a Service Engineer is to work towards Handling of Customer Complain / Execution of Service Plan thus increase the Customer Satisfaction. He/She has to provide with Service and Technical Support towards their customers. The Sr. Service Engineer / Service Engineer has to maintain regular contacts with all customers and work towards building Customer Relationship by developing long time agreement with customers at all levels. He/She is responsible for promoting spares for respective customers & proper utilization of Service Technician reported to him.
Role & Responsibility
To look into the day-to-day functions of the service related jobs and resolve day-to-day issues in the specified Territory / Customer Allocated in the region
Handle Service contracts & other services effectively
Commissioning and start-up support to our customers in the automotive & GI industries
Installation and servicing of equipment both electrically and mechanically
Execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance
Troubleshooting, provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product.
Customer support, follow regular service reports and information as advised from time to time.
Promote requisite spares & be accountable for service & spares orders
Comply with regulations and standards as IMS processes and protect the organization's public reputation.
Close Co-ordination with sales & service sales teams for proper execution of Installation of machine allocated & Service Plan.
Customer Training / Education to ensure better up-time of the product also guide & train internal team.
Monitoring of On Site Work shop in all respect
Turnaround time
Spare Parts availability
Route Cause Analysis
Competency Development
Ensure Safety Health and Environment compliance at On site workshop as per Guide Line
Handle Customer Complaints (Warranty/ Goodwill/ Others) and ensure proper logging into QCM data base
Find out the red-flags and analyse the root cause for failures.
Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electric / Electronics/ Mechtronic Engineering.
2-3 years of field experience in servicing of Industrial products. Preferably pumps, sealing systems, paint systems, with good knowledge of PLC & control systems.
