Job Description

Job Summary:-

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of company products and equipment. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer interaction, and the ability to ensure minimum downtime of machines at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:-

Installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites. Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment. Ensure timely service delivery and minimize machine downtime. Provide technical training and guidance to clients on proper equipment usage. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and feedback documentation. Coordinate with the service manager and spare parts team for required components. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.
Requirements & Skills:-

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in equipment/machinery servicing (construction/industrial preferred). Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently to client locations. Problem-solving attitude and team coordination.
