to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and diagnostic instruments at client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment uptime, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate, and commission medical and diagnostic equipment at customer locations
Perform preventive maintenance and on-call troubleshooting for instruments (e.g., analyzers, imaging, or lab devices)
Ensure timely response and resolution of service calls to minimize downtime
Maintain service logs, installation reports, and technical documentation
Train end-users and operators on equipment usage, care, and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with application specialists and sales team for technical support during demos or trials
Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and escalate complex technical issues when required
Comply with safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory standards
Provide feedback to R&D or product teams for improvements based on field experience
Build strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and reliable service
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong technical knowledge of biomedical or IVD equipment
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field service
