Job Summary

: Shah Brothers is looking for the Service (Instrumentation) Engineer will be

responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive

maintenance of instrumentation systems and equipment. The role ensures smooth plant

operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with safety & quality standards.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment

such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, analyzers, PLC panels, gauges, valves, and

recorders.

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments to reduce downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation faults in field devices and control systems. Maintain and update service records, logbooks. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines during maintenance work. Coordinate with production, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth operations. Support spare parts management and raise requirements for replacements. Provide feedback to improve reliability and efficiency of equipment.

Education Required:

ITI in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical (mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in service of instrumentation equipment Experience in manufacturing, process industry, or automation field preferred.
