Job Description

echnical Diagnostics and Repair

: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and software issues with flex printing machines. Perform timely and effective repairs on printing equipment to minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

: Carry out regular maintenance checks and services to ensure machines operate efficiently and prevent breakdowns. Monitor and maintain various machine components, such as print heads, ink systems, and mechanical parts.

Installation and Configuration

: Install and set up new flex printing machines for clients at various locations. Configure machine settings and parameters for optimal performance.

Customer Support and Training

: Provide technical assistance to customers regarding machine issues and proper operation. Train customers on how to use and maintain their printing equipment effectively.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

: Document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed. Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and service history.

Adherence to Safety Standards

: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company and industry safety procedures.
