Job Description

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair digital & analog hearing aids and accessories (ear molds, chargers, remote controls, wireless devices, etc.). Perform routine

maintenance, calibration, and quality checks

on hearing aids. Handle

software programming

and firmware upgrades of digital hearing aids. Document all service activities, repair history, and spare part usage. Provide

technical support & training

to audiologists, customers, and internal teams. Coordinate with the manufacturing/service center for warranty & escalated repairs. Maintain

inventory of spare parts & tools

for repair and servicing. Ensure adherence to

company service policies, safety standards, and quality procedures

. Support field service visits, customer demonstrations, and installation of equipment if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
