Job Description

Job Summary:



We are looking for a technically skilled

Service Engineer

with hands-on experience in analytical instruments and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production environments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform

calibration

of field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, and others Assist in the

installation, commissioning, and servicing

of instruments at client sites Respond promptly to

breakdown calls

and provide efficient troubleshooting Support senior engineers on various technical

projects and implementations

Travel frequently

across

Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala

to support installation and service activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities Ensure compliance with

pharmaceutical industry guidelines and safety standards

Maintain accurate

documentation and service reports


Education:



Diploma or Degree in

Electronics and Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE, or Control and Instrumentation Engineering



Experience Required:



1 to 5 years

of relevant experience in servicing analytical instruments and working in or with pharmaceutical environments

Skills Required:



Strong technical understanding of

analytical and field instruments

Familiarity with

pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and guidelines

Excellent

problem-solving and troubleshooting

abilities Good

verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including

late nights or holidays if required


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Ability to

independently calibrate NVPC and VPC

instruments within

3 months

Complete understanding of the

working principles of all instruments

within 3 months Adherence to

pharma industry compliance and guidelines

Timely and accurate service delivery across assigned geographies

Working Conditions:



Extensive travel using

bus, train, or two-wheeler (within 100 km radius)

Travel with

calibration kits

and tools as needed May require

working during holidays or after hours

depending on client needs and equipment criticality
