Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive

Service Engineer

with strong technical expertise in

analytical instruments

and hands-on experience in

pharmaceutical production facilities

. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting ability, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities



Perform

calibration

of field instruments such as

NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT

, etc. Handle

installation, commissioning, and breakdown service

for analytical instruments. Provide technical assistance and support to senior engineers during ongoing projects. Travel across

Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala

for site visits and service activities at pharmaceutical companies. Maintain service reports, documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications



Degree or Diploma in

Electronics & Instrumentation

,

Electrical

,

ECE

, or

Control & Instrumentation

.

Experience Required



1 to 5 years

experience in analytical instrument servicing or working in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Skills Required



Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments. Understanding of

pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines and regulations

. Good

communication skills

and customer-handling ability. Proficiency in

MS Office

. Ability to independently troubleshoot, calibrate, and resolve issues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Ability to independently perform

NVPC calibrations

within 3 months. Ability to independently perform

VPC calibrations

within 3 months. Strong understanding of

working principles of all instruments

within 3 months of joining. Clear knowledge of pharmaceutical industry

guidelines and regulatory norms

.

Working Conditions



Frequent travel by

Bus / Train / Bike

(within 100 km range). Travel with

calibration kit

for onsite tasks. Flexibility to work on

late nights or holidays

depending on service criticality.
