Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Service Engineer

to join our Service & Support team. The role involves installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dairy milk collection and measurement equipment across various client locations, including local and out-of-state territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:

Plan and execute installation of FATSCAN, AMCU, DPMCU, and solar-based DPMCU systems. Perform calibration before installation. Maintain machines at milk collection centres, cooperative dairy unions, and dairies. Monitor and optimize spare part usage at MCCs.

Service & Support:

Attend service calls from supervisors, HODs, zonal in-charges, and managers. Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely. Provide timely service and support to clients across assigned territories. Submit installation reports and daily status updates.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients via email and phone. Provide demos and training to clients, engineers, and dealers. Participate in technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Repair & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair faulty equipment. Identify and check faulty spare parts. Offer basic telephonic support and solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical, Instrumentation, EC, EEE, ECE, Computer Engineering.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates in service engineering or dairy technology are welcome.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi (English is optional). Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
