Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Service Engineer

with a

minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience

in service, maintenance, and field support. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, customer handling ability, and a

valid driving license

(mandatory), as the role requires regular travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Variexequipment and systems at client sites. Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems. Coordinate with the internal team for spare part management and service scheduling. Ensure all service activities are logged and documented accurately. Adhere to safety standards and maintain compliance with company quality protocols. Provide technical training and product demonstrations to customers when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through efficient service and support. Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process or product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of relevant experience in field service, technical maintenance, or equipment support.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of tools, testing instruments, and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, and controllers (preferred).

Other Requirements:

Valid two/four-wheeler driving license (mandatory)

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
