Job Summary
If you are a passionate Customer Service professional, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Service Engineer to work for our Pressure Management Business unit. This role will aim to provide excellent customer experience through timely and accurate service solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Servicing all types of Regulators, Breather valve/flame arrestor/Cryogenic/Steam Product/ Control Valves/Instruments as per customer requirement.
  • Serve current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides on-site service (onshore & offshore), technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Customers' sites walk downs are required for our product, Installed Base Mapping,
  • Customer maintenance schedule tracking.
  • Ensure all service jobs to be completed within customer requirements,
  • Customer Site Walk downs (site surveys) and site surveys for installing base mapping.
  • Knowledge of different type valves and instruments.
  • Traveling on-site to troubleshoot the issues & Good Workmanship on time as client requirement.
  • Strive to support customers during emergency situations. Providing a high level of customer service
  • Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
  • Understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Creating and submitting service reports timely, as well as keeping a customer complaint support register.
  • Maintain current MRO sales accounts (product, spares, and service) and engage with clients on a regular basis to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Experience in handling Regulators/ control valves/ Regulators Erection & commissioning will be an added advantage.

Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with 2-4 years' Experience in Service
