Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UV coating machines at client sites. Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime. Provide on-site technical support and training to operators or maintenance staff. Maintain service logs, spare parts records, and prepare detailed service reports. Liaise with the technical team to escalate complex issues and recommend upgrades.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical ).

Experience:

3-5 years in maintenance or field service of industrial machinery (preferably coating, printing, or packaging equipment). Good understanding of UV coating systems, electrical & mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to travel frequently to client sites. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work flexible hours based on service requirements. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures. Self-driven, problem-solving attitude.
